to the best of my knowledge, i have the biggest collection of UK made tubular steel chairs in the world.
if you have any chairs that you think i might not have in my collection please get in touch. i am also very interested to collect images, advertising, machinery, paperwork and stories about the tubular steel chair industry in the UK.
i have made a small book about them (above) for sale via Hato Press.
the collection continues to grow, since making the book above i have been working towards producing a full colour extended version with my latest finds and very rare original artwork. i am currently looking for a publisher for the book.
