18.08.08 coke fridge

vintage coke bottle chiller. taken in part exchange by a fridge/kitchen dealer for a new fridge for a take-away shop. i used to have the same model as this, only about a foot longer which i ended up giving away as i needed the space so not sure why i have bought this one but i like the design; its the uk's version of the american classic coke-vendo machines. used in the 60s, 70s in newsagents, cafes and supermarkets. rare to still have the detachable bottle-top collection cover over the bottle opener on the front. needs a lot of cleaning and a few new screws, not yet known if working. purchased locally.
