a new pair of Gerrit Rietveld 'crate' armchairs built today from wood found in Shoreditch earlier this week. i'll try to photograph the pair together asap. They are not fully finished, but Carlos the cat has already used them ...producing a unique 'antique worn patina' (cat scratches).
a black and decker (MK1) the small planks of wood leaning up are the 'kit' ready to screw together, 18 cut sections in total for one chair.
...still to much waste
