south london house

currently working on an entire victorian house in south london. first project; reinstating reclaimed victorian square-edged floorboards.

above: de-nailing and grading reclaimed floorboards at the warehouse.

removing the internal ceilings, walls and floors (robin in picture).

new reclaimed floor done (robin doing quality check) still need to find some good doors. none of the floorboards in the first picture were used on this project (a day and a half of de-nailing wasted) i used much older, very worn, unfinished boards that were reclaimed from a property in east london instead. they were a better fit for the property although perhaps slightly narrower than the originals might have been but still a vast improvement on chipboard sheets.
